Emma Petrock is a certified instructor and trainer based in Ann Arbor, with three years of experience in the fitness industry. She holds a degree in Integrative Physiology from Alma College, where she was also a collegiate soccer player for four years. Emma has worked with a wide range of clients, including youth athletes, individuals managing chronic injuries or illnesses, and those looking to get stronger. Her work emphasizes building sustainable healthy habits through fitness and wellness that help clients not only achieve, but maintain their goals.
Bella Petrock is a certified personal trainer and coach with a Bachelor’s degree from Ashland University. An experienced collegiate and semi-professional soccer player, she has coached teams and individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Bella currently focuses on sports performance coaching and personal training, creating customized programs that prioritize functional strength. Drawing from her athletic background and coaching expertise, she helps clients build strength, enhance performance, and develop healthy habits.
